Update to all the Hisense UK community regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19)
The current Coronavirus pandemic has impacted all aspects of life.
First and foremost our thoughts are with those affected. The welfare of our customers, colleagues and business partners are of key importance to which we are committed to provide continued support.
In accordance to UK Government guidance, we have all our office staff working from home and our support agencies are also following similar guidance where possible. We want to reaffirm that those customers that require support at this time, we continue to work with our partners to ensure support is delivered – we understand the important role Hisense products play in daily life.
Our call centre will continue to be available and ready to respond to any questions and support queries. As expected, waiting times are longer than normal during these exceptional times and we thank you for your patience.
