❝ So far we are delighted with this machine. The cutlery drawer is amazing with overall space saving while providing more space for cutlery and utensils out the way of everything else and less likelihood of getting is way of the cleaning arms and with very effective cleaning. The top rack is big enough for the cups and glasses and pot lids while the bottom rack is left with plenty height for high objects like large plates or tall pots. The short 35 minute cycle is adequate for a wash if dishes are rinsed and not engrained with hardened food. And the controls are simple and neat. ❞

❝ Good Dishwasher. I bought this a month ago and so far I'm pleased with it, love the door opening at the end and turning itself off. The cutlery tray takes a little getting used to but I do like it now. the top basket doesn't have prongs for plates and bowls so all has to go in the bottom but as you have no cutlery basket there is plenty of room. The programmes are good and easy to figure out but, I keep the instruction booklet near to hand to check which one I need. Overall very pleased with this dishwasher. ❞

    “Dont buy one”

Have had this dishwasher for quite a few months. Absolute rubbish. So many times it doesn't release the dishwasher tab. The dishes still. Dirty. . Might just as well do it all by hand? Please dont waste your money.

    “Excellent value”

Bought the dishwasher a few weeks ago. Really pleased with how easy it is to use, the cutlery drawer is a game changer. So much quieter than the last one we had, and everything is a lot cleaner..

    “Two key issues”

I hate this dishwasher. Before we bought this dishwasher, we did our research via various websites including other retailers and the UK's consumer champion (starts with W). We did all the usual things comparing products. We looked at other people's reviews and decided to go with this dishwasher. The main selling point being the energy efficiency rating is better than most. In the review by the UK's consumer champion, they mention "large dinner plates don't fit easily". Since we have standard-size dinner plates we proceeded with the purchase. They don't fit at all, the arm hits them and can't spin. The review didn't mention the size tested or anything further in their review. I searched online and standard size is considered 10.5" (26.6cm) so based on this ours should fit. For those looking at this for their own home, ours are 26cm diameter (from a Swedish company with blue and yellow branding), and I've taken the time to measure it out for you. You don't want anything larger than 24cm including pots! You can adjust the shelf above to make more space for your dinner plates but then you hit a new issue. Your glasses (and other items that sit there) will be too tall. While the dishwasher is considered energy efficient, I think that flies out the window when you can't stack your dishwasher properly and have to do more loads, or come up with other solutions. Our options were to A. Buy smaller dinner plates or B. Return the dishwasher and lose a lot of money. So we've stuck with the dishwasher, and have to spend money on new crockery. My other pet peeve is there is no delayed start timer on this machine, and the door pops open when it is done. In the winter UK homes don't need any extra moisture. I think delayed timers are essential especially for those who have a night rate for energy. I don't want to get up at 1am to put my dishwasher on. As far as positives, the dishwasher is easy to use with the functionality (once you've read the manual and know what each button means) and our dishes seem to wash well. We do clear them well before putting them in, and don't load them straight in with food etc still on them.

    “Excellent dishwasher”

Excellent dishwasher. Eco wash actually does manage to clean well! Quiet. Reasonably capacious inside. Self-opening door aids drying. Slightly worried that the self-opening door might be a future breakdown weakness, but willing to give it a try

    “Very efficient”

Bought this a month ago and am very pleased with it. Washes and dries very effectively and has all the programmes I need. Didn't realise I couldn't pre-set the start time for it to wash when I had electricity was cheap (economy 7) a feature I had assumed would be normal.

“The best dishwasher I've ever owned.”

I bought this washer as I have other products made by Hisense. This item did not disappoint. As we are the only two people in the house, we can load the dishwasher over a period of three or even four days. It seems more economical to fill the machine to its capacity thereby saving energy and water. The washer cleans everything more than adequately and dries to a cupboard ready state. Interestingly, this is the first D/W I've ever had which can dry everything properly. It is surprisingly quiet in operation, indeed cannot be heard outside of the kitchen. Overall, I'm delighted with the item.

    “Great value and very efficient”

Delighted overall with the design and performance of the Hisense dishwasher. Very efficient on short times, using less electricity and water than our previous machine. The layout of the cutlery and crockery trays are a bit quirky and not as practical as I would have liked but acceptable.
