Purchase a qualifying Hisense Laser TV from a participating retailer between 01.06.22 - 26.07.22
Wait for the claim period to open and then submit your claim between 24.08.22 - 20.09.22. When making a claim you will be required to provide your full name, address, phone number, email address, valid Hisense product code, valid Hisense product serial number and purchase date for the qualifying product you have purchased, as well as details of the participating retailer from whom you purchased the product. Proof of purchase must also be provided to make a claim.

How do I take part in the promotion?
To take part in this promotion, simply purchase a qualifying Hisense from a participating retailer between 01.06.22 – 26.07.22 and submit your claim online between 24.08.22 – 20.09.22.
Open to residents of mainland UK (but excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged eighteen (18) or over. Full T&Cs apply.
When am I able to make a claim?
You can submit your claim online between 24.08.22 – 20.09.22.
How many times can I claim?
The offer is limited to a maximum of one claim per household.
Is my product eligible for this promotion?
To be eligible to claim, you’ll need to have bought a Qualifying Product listed on promotional page from a Participating Retailer between 01.06.22 – 26.07.22. Unfortunately, if your product isn’t listed here, you won’t be able to claim.
What can I use as my proof of purchase and what should it show?
This depends on where you made your purchase: If you bought your product from a physical store, simply use the receipt you received with your purchase. Proof of purchase must be in the form of a copy of an original receipt for the purchase of a Qualifying Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Purchase Period. Copies of deposit receipts and/ or order confirmations will not be accepted as proof of purchase. When sending your proof of purchase, make sure the following information is clearly visible: – What you bought – Where you bought it – Date of purchase – Price you paid.
How do I upload my proof of purchase?
If you made your purchases online, then it’s likely your proof of purchase will have been sent to you by email. Simply screenshot your invoice or order confirmation email, making sure the following information is clearly visible:
- What you bought
- Where you bought it
- Date of purchase
- Price you paid

Alternatively, you can save the entire email as a PDF. You can usually do this by selecting Print then Save as PDF. You can then upload the PDF file to your claim.
Sometimes, invoices are attached to emails as PDF files; in this case, simply download the invoice and upload it to the form.
The picture of my proof of purchase is too large to upload. What should I do?
If you’ve had a notification saying your file is too large, you’ll just need to resize it. You can do this in one of the following ways: If you’re using a Windows PC Open the image in the Windows Photo app. This should happen automatically when you double click it. Click the three dots at the top-right of the window. Select Resize. Select M Best for emails and messages. Give the file a name you’ll remember and click Save. You should now be able to upload the new file. If you’re using a Mac You’ll find all you need to know under Resize, rotate or flip an image in Preview on Mac. When you’ve completed the steps, try uploading again.
Where can I find my serial number?
You can usually find your serial number on a sticker on the back of your device.

We’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received your claim.
When will I get my reward?
Once a completed application form has been received by the Promoter, the participant will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Where a claim can be verified, the participant will be notified by email and the free gift will be issued within 28 days of validation using the address you have provided.
