    “Excellent oven but only one shelf!”

    The oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly. The touch controls are really difficult to get used to. But I can't believe there's only one shelf and the grill pan has no rack! So it's impossible to grill anything, or to cook more than a couple of small things at a time. It's such a pity as it's a good oven otherwise.

    “Very good first impressions”

    Installed a week ago. Looks great and seems to be a well made quality product. I'm having a few problems relating the Instruction manual to my oven. Lots of choice with the different "cooking systems" but no explanation of why to choose one over the other. EG three different ways to cook roast pork with only slight differences in temperature and cooking time... Why? ... which is best?.

    “A very special oven”

    This oven looks great and the quality of construction is excellent. However, there are some odd features: 1) the internal oven light only comes on when the oven is working - most oven lights come on when the door is opened, regardless of the oven being on or off. 2) The display screen only shows minutes passing when the oven is working - most ovens display the temperature which the oven has been programmed to work at. Why display the passing time while the oven is heating up? 3) The oven door is impossible to take off. 4) Illustrations in the owners handbook are poor.

    “Poor layout of controls”

    No grill pan handle, grid & cable for plug. Controls are hard to read, but the temp does come on the screen, as should everything else!

    “Great value”

    A great oven with a couple of niggles. The temperature and oven control knob's symbols are on the edge and need good light to see them, otherwise no problems. Ours only came with deep pan and 1 grill, the instruction book shows glass dish and shallow pan also.
