    “Worst Customer Service Ever”

    Absolute nightmare from the start, purchased a fridge that was faulty, after 3 attempted visits, one where the engineer turned up with no parts, they were sent separately and arrived the next day. The fridge ended up getting replaced after the engineer came and put a different colored door on and left without saying anything. Loads of food went to waste as the fridge did not cool even after being fixed. Replacement works however always worried. Also did not honor their cash back offer or 5 year advertised warranty, Would not use again I have emailed you, I will update as to what happens So now I have a response advising that your team can not find my claim for either the extended warranty or the cash back, its all under my email so very strange, you will also be able to see where I paid for the extra 3 years and was refunded, after being given incorrect information by your warranty team, Don't tell lies I have all the proof, you are once again dodging your commitments. So I have responded 2 weeks ago with proof of both the claim being made in the time frame and the warranty not being honored as per your advert. And to date NOTHING AGAIN. Your lack of customer service remains consistent unfortunately in the same bad way UPDATE - simply will never buy any item from your company again. rules within rules to get out of your obligations, I purchased my item from Amazon, however because it was purchased from a seller on Amazon, neither the warranty or cashback are honored. A thousand pound fridge freezer, purchased because it included a 5 year warranty only to be scammed out of the warranty, because of your rule within a rule, best part is the fridge was faulty for months and now I only have around 18 months of a warranty left down to how long it took for you to resolve this, you should be ashamed

    We absolutely love this. It's much bigger then you would think. We are a family of 6 and find there is more then enough room in the fridge and the freezer. Love that it warns you if the doors are left open and the fact there are lights in the freezer sections too.

    “Lots of usable space”

    I had the bigger version of this fridge freezer in my old house but sold it with the house. I missed it so much we got this one. It has great freezer space and fridge door shelves. Also very sturdy and well made.

    “3.5 Stars... Good, but...”

    Overall I am fairly happy with this fridge freezer, but there are some negatives that spoil things a bit. Not havng bought a fridge freezer in many years, I did quite a bit of research before buying. Maybe my grumbles are to be expected at the price? Not that it's cheap! First the good; It looks stylish, has a useful adjustable temperature section, and seems to be working well in each section. The brushed finish looks superb. The interior lighting is great. The not-so-good; It makes a very annoying buzz/hum/rattle that seems to be getting louder as time goes on... unless it's just annoying me more! It's loud enough to be heard from another room with the door shut and MUCH louder than the 15 year old fridge it replaces. Giving it a nudge sometimes silences the noise, so it's a vibrating part somewhere that's causing it. Secondly, the crisp, linear look is spoiled by the fact that the doors are not aligned; the top right sits high and the bottom right sits low, so the lines are spoiled somewhat. The logo isn't applied straight either... Maybe I got a hurredly assembled one?!

    “Looks great - 3.5 stars - rounded up”

    I spent a while reviewing and looking at fridge freezers before deciding on this one. Unfortunately it had gone up in price quite a bit when I needed to order (so that it could be reduced later for 'sales'). It looks really great and seems to be keeping temperature in all the zones as it should, so it's functioning well. I'm slightly irritated that the doors are not completely square - the top right sits high and the bottom right sits low... my wife tells me I'm fussy, but it does spoil the clean lines a little. It is also rather noisy... our 15 year old fridge/freezer was quiter! It's been up and running for a couple of months now - I hoped it would settle down but it tends to vibrate and buzz and can be heard clearly even with the kitchen door shut. Overall though I do like it for it's capacity, layout and look.
