Hisense Summer Prize Draw (Reach PLC)
Terms and Conditions

1. The prize consists of one Hisense H50U7BUK TV and one Hisense RS694N4TC1 fridge freezer.
2. The prize package includes delivery to a UK postcode, excluding NI.
3. The prize draw is open to all UK residents with the exception of employees of Hisense UK, Reach PLC or Hatch Communications, their immediate families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration.
4. To enter, you must have access to the internet and;
i. Submit your details; including first name, last name and email address to hisense.co.uk/summer-giveaway
ii. Only one entry per user is allowed. If it becomes apparent that you attempting to circumvent this condition by any means your entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
5. A winner will be selected at random from entrants to hisense.co.uk/summer-giveaway and will be notified via email within 30 days after the closing date of the prize draw (31st August 2019). Once contacted, the selected winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond or accept the prize or provide the required information and details, within this period, then the Promoter reserves the right to treat the prize as forfeited and to select a new winner in accordance with the process described above.
6. Under no circumstances can this prize be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount. This is a clear breach in conditions.
7. No cash alternative will be offered.
8. The prize draw closes at 23:59 on Saturday 31st August 2019.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
12. We reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition if, in our sole discretion, the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified in the competition rules.
13. The Promoter of this prize draw is Hisense UK Limited of Unit 2 Meadow Court, Millshaw, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 8LZ.
