    “A life changing experience”

    I bought this just over a month ago and it's amazing! I was worried before it arrived about having to assemble the screen as I'd seen in many you-tube videos, but I didn't have to worry, it was fully assembled. All I had to do was mount the wall brackets as per the instructions and then, with the help of my wife, mount the screen to the wall. The adjustable brackets make aligning it a dream. I connected the projector to the power supply and started the set-up process. This didn't go to plan because the QR code wouldn't load the web page. I found I could get it aligned manually but this took some time, patience and effort. I could have taken advantage of the Hisense free installation, but I'm a development engineer by trade and felt that would have been a bit lazy. (I also couldn't wait to see what it looked like). Once aligned, I couldn't believe how good it looked. Even a month on and I still can't believe that it's a projector image and not a powered screen like an OLED. In bright daylight the screen does wash out a little but there are zero reflections from it. Once you close the curtains or it goes dark outside the picture truly pops out. 4k looks amazing! The controller is easy to use with shortcut buttons to Netflix, Amazon etc. Watching films and streaming services will never be the same. We love this.

    “You don’t believe it until you see it.”

    I installed this myself. Screen was ready assembled all I had to do was drill 4 holes and hang it. Set up of the projector was easy. It prompts you what to do. Picture quality is superb. The sound is amazing. I’ve bought a 5.1.2 sound system but have yet to instal it.

    “Excellent Picture for a large Screen”

    I purchased the 100L5FTUK-A12 a few months ago so have had time to get used to its functions and picture quality using various devices. First of all the A12 came with a screen that my wife an I put together. I believe Hisense do provide free installation now. We put the screen together with no issues. It's big so make sure you have room. The actual laser device sits approximately 28cm from the wall to achieve filling the 100inch screen. The ambient light rejecting screen does a good job as this screen is included in the package. Most projectors do not include this. I was replacing an Optoma HD70 720p projector that I bought years ago when that was new. The difference in picture quality is immense. Viewing 4k content on BBC such as EURO Football Comp was fantastic, this was via iPlayer within the laser projector. I have a 4k fire cube plugged in to the TV watching 4k prime and YouTube produces great brightness, colour and clarity. Having a digital TV tuner on the laser TV is great too. Signal from my virgin box is. Also pretty decent watching HD channels..If you watch anything in SD it's not fun, but that's the same on any TV. I watch a lot of films and TV and for me this was one of the best investments I've made. I've show the picture produced by this device to many friends and family members. A 100 inch screen as measured diagonally is a lot bigger than 70 or 80 screen. The only negative I have with the laser TV is that it's not 3d capable. Other projectors do have this functionality. I am unsure why this cannot be achieved. Friends and family have all been speechless with the quality and size of the image. I have a dedicated room I watch this in. It's a room that can be made dark. It is like this when the true quality of the picture can be seen. The TV is good even when there is ambient light. It's not as good as a "normal TV" but it does cope many times better than my previous projector and I have light coming from directly opposite the screen from a large window.. I hope the laser light source lasts as long as Hisense say it will. If this is the case I am sure I will have many happy years of viewing many movies and TV programs. I would definitely recommend this product

    “Home cinema”

    If you want a great home movie experience, I can't recommend this UST projector enough. The projector is very watchable in the day but comes alive at night, the colours and screen quality is amazing and it makes you feel like you're at the cinema. We as a family have missed going to the cinema so this has been a great purchase during lockdown.

    “Treat Yourself”

    If you have the space then I cannot think of any reason not to take the plunge. Although imposing in its packaging there is nothing more to its installation thank hanging a big picture. Physical alignment is straight forward using the projected grid and for fine tuning if needed the provided app will take care of the rest, (only available when the projector is using a wireless connection which is not made clear) The remote control and menus are very intuitive and easy to use for all members of the family Although we have an Xbox and all apps are available through that the built in Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime makes navigation through their menus a lot more convenient As you would expect watching 4k content the picture is amazing even in daylight but it comes into its own when you close the curtains and put a movie on. With more movies being made available through streaming services this size screen goes a long way to getting the full experience Until we installed this system up grading our Xbox was not a priority, nor had we purchased any Blu-ray DVDs but both are now high on the list and cannot wait to see them.
